Accounts Executive

Job Descriptions 

  1. Responsible for preparing full sets of accounts
  2. Responsible for month-end closing and reconcilations.
  3. Prepare monthly management report and statutory reporting
  4. Prepare reports for GST filing
  5. Handle intercompany transactions
  6. Ensure timely preparations of balance sheet schedules
  7. Posting of monthly revenue & cost accruals / adjusting entries
  8. Invoice customers and maintain sales report
  9. Mointor and maintain billable days/amount to customers as per contract
  10. Prepare customers statement of accounts and highlight overdue invoices


  • Fluent in English
  • Minimum 1 year experience in similar capacity preferably in the service industry
  • Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent qualifications
  • ACCA/CPA/CMA certification is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in accounting systems (SAP)
  • High degree in analytical skills
  • Can work independently with minimum supervision
